my 74 Comet had DR78-14. Unfortunately, this does not translate directly into any tire size available today. Check the chart at this page. Ther's also lots of other good info here. For me, I have 235/60/14 in the back and the speedometer is pretty accurate, at least according to Pinellas County Sheriff's office radar.
