I've noticed a tendency on the 73+ armests to break on the part where you would normally pull to close the door (same thing happens to the Camaros, i guess!)--do these just need to be replaced when they break, or does anyone have a truly ingenious idea to keep them from breaking? I thought of possibly running a bolt through the entire assembly, but that would be a little difficult for me because i don't have a drill that could reach all the way through (and i'd probably mess it up if i tried). Any ideas?
