i just painted my 72 mav. it has a grabber hood on it,but isn't a grabber.i work at body shop,so i got do it for free and had some liberties with paints.we painted the car a custom mixed green(by me),that is close to a moss green that flips to a darker green as you walk around it. not a pearl flip flop paint,it does it because of the large metalic we used.but the coolest part is the inserts for the hood.
i painted them black,with alot of moss green pearl in it. it looks wicked! they look black,then as you walk around it they turn totally green,not the same green as the car,but really close.so what do think,does it sound cool or what? if i can get ahold of my brother in l;aws digital camera,i'll post some pics for you guys.well,talk to you later---george in n.j.
