If its an automatic in your Bronco II,no its not going to be an easy deal.The engines in these are 2.8,2.8 L. V6. I don't know if the spring pads and the width is close on the rear.
Why would you want to go to all the hassle to do this?
Get an 8" rear and bolt it right in,no hassle. You don't say what engine you now have so????? can't say about the trans mating problems.
