I've done the swap & it is not the easiest thing to do. In order to remove the dash, you need to pull the windshield. However, once the windshield is out, the dash comes out pretty easily. I would recommend doing the whole thing. Removing the front seats & carpet will make things go easier too. I think it was worth the effort. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
