Gas Tank or Fuel Cell?

Ok, heres my situation. I have a leaky gas tank and i need to get it repaired
and i've had it sudgested to me that i should just go ahead and install a
fuel cell instead. I realy dont know anything about them pro or con, or how
much it would cost. So please give me some sugjestions, thanks.
