Surely Doug with all the Mavericks you have you can look at one of them and tell where it goes!! (Ha, Ha). Seriously, it goes on the "post" that attaches the pedal to the "rod" coming thru the firewall. If you look at your other cars you should be able to see how it goes.

What 1972 are you driving around? BTW...where have you been...I hadn't seen you on here lately?

: I just realized that I have been driving my '72 without brake lights for around thousaand miles or so!! I found a switch dangling on two green wires under the dash, but I'm not sure where on the pedal it goes. Maybe I'm missing more than just hardware. Can anyone describe where it goes or know if they might have a picture showing the switch and it's location in a manual? P.S. The car is automatic, if that makes a difference in pedal location. All I have is an electrical device with a spring mounted between two plates and there is approx. a 5/8 hole going through two plates. Thanks, Doug
