: Jay, there is a lession to be learned here. These cars are 25 years old. The parts are worn, corroded etc. When problems develope often other associated parts should be looked at and replaced such as you are finding out. I know it cost money but please replace all the hoses, wheel cylinders and flush out the whole system for your safety when driving. Ken

those valves you loosen to bleed each wheel cylinder? They were clean as could be. Not a speck of rust and hardly even any dirt and I've had this car for almost 2 years! When I first got it, I took all four wheels off and the linings, etc looked practically new. I'm not certain the hoses that are on there now are the right ones though. With the wheel turned all the way, it seems to be pulled kinda tight. Should there be some slack there even when the wheels are at their limit?

Oh yes, thanks or the concern. I'm getting both hoses tomorrow and will be checking the rest of the stuff next weekend.
