Tires

I am going to go get tires soon and want to make the tires wider. Right now they are at stock 195/75/14 I want to make them wider but I dont know what to look for. I am going to go get different rims from the junkyard but dont know what numbers to look for. I want to stay at 14's for sure. This is more for looks than anything since my car is just a poser :o)
