done a AOD in my 72 maverick, made my own crossmember, cost me $20. as Ken said use the rod from the 83-85s. I used a holley auto trans kickdown lever on a 650.
: I have a 87 AOD and the efi roller motor from a 87 t-bird not going to use the efi but want to use the AOD so if anyone can help I would be greatful.
