have the heads converted to studs and guide plates. Put in bigger int/exh valves and port out the exhaust side only. Cam=Crane around .450" lift. 220 degs dur. at .050. Carb around 600 CFM vac sec. Double roller cam gears, headers, Accel Unilite dist., windage tray, good oil pump and drive shaft. If you don't have it already, get the book, Blueprinting you r engine, and do the casting flash deburring on both the block and heads.

: Hi, I'm new here and I was wonderings if you guys could answer a couple of questions. I have a 69 1/2 and I'm doing the clasic I6 to 302 V8 motor swap. First I was wandering if anyone knew where I could get the frame to motor mounts. Second I want some sugestions on engine modifications. The engine is a stock '76' 302. I want to get more power out of it but I don't want my gass milage to be two low (under 16mpg). I was thinking of putting in a 4barl carb and a medium cam, but I have know idea what kind of carb or cam. Any sugestions would really be helpfull. Thanx
