I don't know how you will pull your engine but if its limited, seperate the trans first for less weight. A support under the tras is needed. Remove the drive shaft, speedometer, trans coolant lines, shift linkage etc. Of course remove the radiator and all connecting items. When it comes time to install the 302, you better rent a hoist and get some help. On another question asked about installing V8 with long tube headers on, NO.
