The restrictor kit from Ford for 289/302 is part #M-6799-A302.
They get about $16.00 as shown in the SVO catalog and comes with instructions.
I'm sure you know its purpose is to limit the a mount of oil going to the valve
train during extended hi rpm operation such as in stock car racing as the oil
cannot get back to the pan fast enough. See your FORD parts dept.
