motor help

I have a 72' mav with a 250 6 cyl, and recently I rebuilt the motor and it ran fine for a while and it srarted running bad recently so I have replaced the carb, spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, and condinser, and a new Super Coil. And the motor is still running bad. I have checked the timing and it is where it should be and i have not been able to find any vacume leaks. the motor is runnin like it is only running on 4 cylinders and the tack constantly speeds up and slows down. I know that the car cant be running on 4 cyl because everything to do wiht the ignition is new. I`m just lost on this one
