302 beef up the front end or not ???

I found a good deal on a 302 & want to put it in my Grabber. Do you think I need to beef up the front end ??? It has a straight 6 in it now, with 4 lug wheels. I would like to go with 5 lug disk brakes, can anyone tell me what year & modle to go with ???
