i was wondering... in my 74 the air filter has a "pipe" coming out of it that goes into a hose that goes into what i will call a "pseudo ram air" setup. Now my question is i would like to get a plain round/oval air filter that doesn't have the "pipe" and the "ram air", but the original pipe has some parts on it that look like they might be emissions related. Anybody know what i'm talking about and is the swap (yes i can do this one!! :) dangerous (emissionswise at least)
