The X303 is an extreme cam and the B303 is much more streetable. I run a B303 everyday and I love the power, it gets good hwy mileage too.
1.6 rocker arms are stock, 1.7 rocker arms will open the valves faster and make more power. I run Crane energizer 1.7 roller rockers with my B303 and it is a great combination, tried & true by all the late model 5.0L guys. Highly recommended. -CP
