... on my 72 2dr Mav. The closest equivalent in the "modern" metric sizes is a P185/75R14 or P195/70R14 for your stock "skinny steelies" (per the BFGoodrich Fitment Guide I have). I am currently running the 185's on my Mav and the 195's on my wifes '66 Mustang 6cyl with no troubles. If you're going for improved handling , go for the 195's, they're slightly wider and provide more "rubber to the road". A good tire shop should be able to help you select the right ones for your needs/wants
