The '73 Maverick that's on Ebay... I'm certainly no Maverick expert, although I have learned quite a lot from this board. Let's see how we do on this one...
The ad says "optional 3.0 rear-end gears", but wasn't 3.0 standard on all 302 cars, and all six-cylinder cars that came with factory air?
"It's a factory A/C car but needs brackets and compressor to finish", but there's a CD player mounted in the A/C dash vent hole.
Ford Factory Functional Hood Scoop? Say that five times fast.
Other observations:
'73 LDO interior (?) but has small front bumper. Probably a bumper swap.
Package tray has been cut at the middle support to make room for guages, which leaves only one functional A/C vent!
There also appears to be a puddle of some sort directly under the engine compartment. Hmmmm...
Special five-day old paint-job, just in time to sell for fun and profit.
Anyone else care to comment??? By the way, hope this car doesn't belong to any of you guys! If so, sorry for the trash job!
