Ivey, you ask a broad question. How much are you planing to spend? Look back in the archives at questions ask about doing the 351 swap. The 351 is wider than the 302 and brings problems of exhust hook up,extra weight etc. The C6 will not fit in without firewall clearence problems. Trans shifting must go to floor mount for header clearence.
I'm just trying to show that your in for some custom work and expeniture to accomplish the mods planned. There are fiberglass parts to be found at www.usbody.com. The engine hassle would be greatly lessened if you could go with a 5L engine built out to 347 then the exhust hassle is solved.
Other owners will be giving there views i'm sure. So think it through and make a plan of execution as this is going to dollar you to death be for its done.
