Tubular Automotive make a set of headers to fit a Maverick, part number ES17 I've got there phone number somewhere, I will email it to you when I find it.
You can also order them from Auto Krafters 800-228-7346 but Buyer beware these are sectional tubes and you will have some leaks. DON'T USE THE MOTOR MOUNTS THAT THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO USE, standard mounts work just fine.
You don't have to cut out your shock towers but if you don't you will have wished you did, you can also use 351C exhaust manifolds this will be MUCH easier and cheaper. Now if you are thinking how much power you will be getting from putting a Boss Motor in your mav let me say just one thing WRONG!!!!! The Boss is a great motor but you can get MUCH more power from a stroked 302 and a nice set of aftermarket heads and it will be a "hole" lot easier install and you may still have some money left in your pocket. I have install 2 Boss 302's into Mav's it's not a bad job but it takes planning.
My fastest 1/4-mile time with a Boss Motor was 12:15 and that’s after a lot of time and money to get it to work right.
I have a nice 351W stroked to 408 and this Motor just F#$KING SCREAMS best 1/4 ever 11.05 and that just my first time out, still a lot left to tweak from this baby.
Anyway if you need any help or advice in getting this motor in please email me and I will do whatever I can, good luck.
