I assume you are talking about 8". If so Mustang,larger ford/mercury cars some vans, monarchs etc. had them as options.
A place that may be of help is the Perogie web site to see what is offered. There gear selection include 3,3.25,3.40 and 3.55 in the middle of there offerings.
I bought my unit from a local mustang owner,put new discs in, adjusted the unit and has been good for the last 3 years.
Some other guys on the board can fill in more info and specifics.
