Save your money. It would accually impede air flow. A better way to go would be to use special intake gaskets that have mixing screens across the ports.Even these impede air flow at higher RPM.
If gas milage is the concern,higher compression helps,harder tires,better ignition,spark timing optimized and continusly a light foot.
