: Wow! We had a great time at the WFC! Larry Jewett, editor of Mustang & Fords was there with some of his staff, (all great people) and they decided to do a photo shoot which included all three awesome Mavericks that were at the WFC car show.
: Owners of the three Mavericks were Jim Allen with his Awesome Orange 408 tubbed Maverick, Chris Stout with his Candy Colored Modified 77 Maverick and my Gorgeous 73 Black Maverick on mild steroids(Of course I maybe a little bias LOL).
: Also, Matt Williams from KC, Fred(GLADMAV) from IL, and Craig Dierking from Warrensburg Mo, were also there even though they could not bring thier Mavericks this year!
: Larry will be giving me some photos(of the Maverick Shoot) for a sneak peek on what will be in a future issue of the Magazine and I will share them with this board as soon as I receive them.

I have to agree! attention overkill, the mavericks got some recognition for a change in this mustang latemodel dominated event. I personally had 2 magazine photo shoots and also was picked to be in the parade down the strip on sunday, (I think the 1st time a mav has done this at a WFC)it was a lot of fun getting to meet people. next year, due to several factors we will be looking for a new place for our midwest mini-meet.
