: hey i just basically recieved a 74 Maverick... it's in pieces and stripped to the bare metal... and I don't know what to do with it i took out the 4 cylinder engine and am planning on putting in a 289 but the motor mounts aren't right... any clues on where to get parts other than another maverick in a junk yard??? I tried calling ford directly and they said i should be able to find Maverick parts on e-bay... i checked it out and found out that ford made a Maverick SUV but it's only produced in the UK.... any and all tips are appreciated... I want to get this car running good enough to be a permanant show car... maybe one of these days i'll see some of ya at fun ford weekend in Florida
