First of all let me say half -ass repairs really tick me off. The right front (passenger's Side) wheel cyclinder was the original to the car and never rebuilt. The driver's side was nicely rebuilt and I hated taking it apart and rebuilding it. There were little metal reinforcements inside the rubbercups that go next to the pistons. These metal things appear to make the cup seal nice and tight and keep the spring fron eating into the rubber. In anycase the quality of this wheel cyclinder seems to be why the other failed. Live and learn. I don't have the little reinforcers for the other side so I am sure this is a temp fix better start looking for the Power disks that I want.
