: Hey guys, I finally got my rebuilt rearend back from the shop with my new 3.55's. I got a bargain when I had it rebuilt at $274, and gears were $190, so $464 for new bearings,seals, ring/ pinion etc. The only catch was I had to remove the center section myself, and now it is back in, but oooh it was tough. Thnx CP, and rickyracer for your info and thoughts about me getting these gears. I am gonna try them out tomorrow and let ya guys know how it feels. Oh and BTW, if any of you guys think of pulling the center section, get at least another person to help you put it back in because it is very heavy and not easy for one person. Thanks again guys.
