Yeah, I hate explorer fuel lines. And for those long bolts, I thank God for my air wrench. :) I feel for you though. Just think of all the money you're saving. -CP
: got the cover off finally,(why do they use 2 1/2 inch long bolts,when all you need is 1 inch,lots of rusty threads)these fuel lines are a bitch,givin up for today,gotta work tonight.tomorrow, back under on my creeper.thanks for the info.yes a vaery competent mechanic he is,doesnt like to work on the side ,but talks me or shows me thru the repair.only way to learn.i also got a full repair manual,wouldnt start a thing without it.thanks again ,kevin
