1972 and 1973 Luxury Decor option cars came with the insulation. I have seen places that advertise they sell it...I just don't know where. You would buy it in a big sheet and then cut to size.
I would really recommend not putting one on...especially a Grabber hood. They accumulate dirt and debris and after awhile look pretty nasty.
