AOD Question

My '75 Automatic Mav has a 250 and C-4. I am now thinking of throwing in a 5.0 and AOD from a yet-to-be-found 86 to 95-ish Mustang. How tough would the AOD be to put in? Is there an article on the AOD that may help me? Thanks!
