If you what the larger engine a 351W is easier then the 350 Chevy. Plus you can really stroke the 351W. The firewall/dist. & the oil pan are going to be the biggest headaches. 351W is easy and makes so good power these days. Lots of good parts for it too. The cost of the 350 swap would probably offset any money you might save using a Chevy engine.
: I normally do not like fords. but the maverick is a great car im thinking about investing in a maverick i have a friend that has a 70 mav with a chevy 350 and chevy transmission he didnt install it . thats what made him buy it. how hard would it be to put a 350 in a mav and what kind of work will need to be done
