I am buying an 8-cyl TEC-II for our Formula Car, it includes all sensors and computer capability for EFI, they list for around $2100. The ignition only systems should be much cheaper, how much I don't know. You do pay for it. -CP

: : You'd need to either set up a crank sensor (like the new 5.0L Explorers have) and run an aftermarket DIS system like Holley or Electromotive sells (http://www.electromotive-inc.com) or electromotive sells a distributor that will drop into a SB Ford and trigger its DIS system. The electromotive units are really nice because you can set your entire advance curve with a laptop. I have experience with thier combination fuel injection/ignition system and it is really easy to use and almost infinitely variable. Lots of fun if you have the time to experiment & tune it. -CP
