...there is no way drums should stop better. My guess is you aren't getting any pressure to the calipers. Did you change the lines? Are they pinched? Have you tried bleeding the lines again? Did you use tflon tape on the unions? If so, a small piece could be blocking the aperture. Hope this helps;-)
