Fluid on the backing plate, or around the rubber boots. If it gets to the shoes
it will cause it to not work, and the opposite side will pull. You have to
pull the drum off to see this. Also, look behind the brake assy, to see if
the fitting to the cylinder is leaking. Good luck! Earl
