It's a common swap and I have a link for you that diagrams the process..( I think it's Charlie's, VERY good!) it's actually not a hard swap BUT you'll need the motor mounts from a V-8 Doner ans the V-8 cross member for the transmision.
I have found a "new place" to locate these sometimes hard to find parts and have posted it above as a new thread.
