I don't see how power brakes would effect anything. It is not really in the way, only except to get the headers on maybe. the booster sets up high and out of the way.
Power steering , on the other hand, would get in the way with the slave cylinder, but I have heard that they make a bracket that drops that down out of the way so headers will work.
I have never owned a set of Headers, but these are my observations.
