Switching out brakes

Hi everyone. I just found this message board. What a god send! Okay, I
need to know if I can take out the power brakes on a '76 maverick and put
them on a '72 Maverick? Will the rotaries work or will I need to change the
spindles too? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
