Have you ever tried Crosswinds.net? They offer unlimited non-commercial web space, and I think offer the features require. I had a site with them a while back and was fairly satisfied. The only complaint I had was spotty service (with regard to upload speed) but I think they have really upgraded a lot since then. Just a thought.
