Terry; I hate to recommend getting a lawyer to anyone, but this is a case in which one is warranted. See if you can get either the man that killed the Mav to pay, or the company he works for. Seems like some criminal liabilities are coming his way also. Meanwhile, look hard for another Mav. Hate to see an avid fan discouraged by something like this.
