I just installed a B&M pro ratchet. Its really a nice piece, have not driven the car yet though. Mounting was a pain, to get the shifter back where I wanted it, it required making a 1 1/2" cut into the tranny crossmember bracing that is up along the underside of the tunnel. Other than some (lots) grinding (sure glad the tranny was out!) and lots of trial fitting it went in with little fuss. I also recommend removing the carpet while you do the install. I also removed the sound deadening looking for rust, found a bit but nothing bad!
