I/6 200 to V8 Engine Swap

Sounds like going mid range and swapping for a 250 would be a moot point. So what I would like help with now is precisely what would I need to change on a 1971 Mav with Stock I/6 200, C4 tranny, no AC in order to swap it to a V8 302? I know the tranny bell housing would need to go but what else? Would it require alterations to the frame for the motor mounts or just heavier motor mounts? Just remembered hearing in the past that the radiator would need to swap also. I have a new radiator in there now. Only about 5 months old. Would the radiator need to be swapped or am I miss-remembering?
