No mate it won't fit and my post says "other than the head, block and cam" the rest is indentical, LOL. Shipping cost to Miami plus cost of this crate for 2 engines will be in the vicinity of $US4-450 and less to the West coast or 1 engine crate.
If you want a replacement head then start saving for this Oz DOHC unit. It WILL fit your 250's. It is going into production very soon for our local market (Xflows etc) with the possibility of eventually also catering for your older 250's.
