I'd be a lot of work, but if you went to the trouble of installing a 3.8 why not use a supercharged T-bird Motor? Otherwise you'd bust you butt and still want more power from an engine that does not have a big aftermarket. -CP
: So, has anyone entertained the thought of swapping in a late-model 3.8 V-6, like what comes in a stock Mustang these days? What would be the pluses and minuses? It seems to me that you would end up with a very nice driver that gets pretty good mileage and has a good amount of punch, as compared to an original I-6 200 or 250. Any thoughts?
