I live in NH, Maverick sightings are rare.

Anyway, Last evening I was heading home from work on RT16
about 10 miles from my home when, what looks to be, my shiney
red 73 Grabber passes me cruising in the other direction. I check
my rearview because I hope I'm mistaken. I *gasp*, That sure looks
Like the back of my beautiful Maverick fading into the distance.

What should I do?

(1)Turn around and chase it, hoping on closer inspection to see that
It's not my car.
(2)Drive home as fast as I can, and make sure that my baby is sleeping
peacefully locked in the garage.(calling 911 if the worst has happened)

I chose #2.
As I fly home, doubling the speed limit most of the way, I question myself
did I make the right decision, am I beeing silly. I wish I got a better look!
I've gone to car shows in Maine and New Hampshire without seeing another
Maverick let alone one that's the spitting image of my own.

I Speed into my driveway, noticing as I do that UPS has left a package
on my doorstep, probably my Pertronix unit. Great, I think... as I rush
toward the garage, I hope I have a mav to put it in.

I look into the window and to my heart thumping surprise.........
I see My 73 grabber, shiney and beautiful.

Damn, I think I should have turned around and chased that maverick.
I would have liked a closer look!

What is the moral of this story?
If I had been Driving my maverick We both would have had a
pleasant surprise as we passed...and I wouldn't have scared
the heck out of myself ;p
