How do I put on this front spoiler?

I received my front spoiler in the mail and I have no clue as to the best way to put it on, It didn't come with any bolts, instructions or anything except the spoiler itself. I attached a pic of a mav with a front spoiler on if you have no clue what I'm talking about. Do I drill holes and put it on with bolts?
