Bumper swap

I saw on the Maverick round up pictures Les Millers 73 Maverick,
that he has swaped the front bumpers. I was wanting to know if anyone
out there has done a bumper swap. I am wanting to put a 71
bumper on my 73. If anyone has please let me know how involved this
project was.
