Coverter you could go with a lot more cam, just depends on how "streetable"
you would like it to be. Like a 292 (Comp Cams) with a 3000-3500 stall
would really wake things up (with a good single plane intake). I think
the 292 would really come alive with the 4.10s as well. You don't really
need that steep a gear with a 270. You can also email, call or write several
cam grinders for what they think would work best. That's how I come up
with a grind that works best for me most of the time.
