Yes, they had AC, you can swap over, just find any year Maverick/Comet, pull the heater box out (you can't buy this new) and bolt it in your car, you'll have to cut some holes in the firewall for the new heater hose and evap line locations. If you have a glove box then you'll basically lose all space inside it. The liner will have to go. Everything outside will be needed to, but that's straightforward. -CP
