Okay new subject, but probably easier. You are talking about the bar that hooks to the lower control arm with two bolts and then goes through the front of the frame and is threaded at the end right? Well then jack up the car, put on jackstands, and remove wheels. Unscrew the nuts that are on the bar in front of the frame, and remove nut and washer and bushing if possible. Remove the two nuts that are on the bottom of the control arm that are screwed on the two bolts that go through from the top. These will be tight because they are self locking nuts, use some penetrating (hehe I said penetrating) oil to loosen them up. Once the ( I think it is called a strut bar) is loose from the lower control arm just pull it out of the hole in the frame. Remove the old bushings and washers and replace with the new ones. Reverse procedure to reinstall. Tighten the nuts on the front of the bar where it went through the frame fairly tight and again get alignment Immediately. I hope THIS helps and it still makes sense in the morning
