I would have to agree with everyone else about your "diagnosis".
Obviously this person is trying to take advantage of you. I am truly sorry you don't live in the New England area I would gladly help you with your car. The fact is 302's are notorious for oil leaks so it doesn't surprise me that this engine you just had put in leaks oil. And the metal shavings are probaly from someone not cleaning the block carefully during the rebuild. |
